I have an insurance company requesting medical records for a DOS the patient was seen but the doctor "no charge" the visit. The claim for the office visit was never submitted to the insurance company. The patient did get some lab work done that day which is probably why the insurance company has that DOS on record at all. Should I just send the lab records since that was all that was billed to the insurance or should I send the office visit as well even though it was not submitted?
