pt had a dual chamber PPM
came to lab received and plugged into the following:

old RA into RA port on the CRT/P

old RV into the LV port on the CRT/P

new LB lead into the RV port on the CRT/P

would i bill this as a CRT/P gen change with a CS code or an unlisted code for the new LB lead?
