My cardiologist from the left common femoral, had to perform a left common iliac angioplasty and stent in his way to the renals. He also did bilateral selective renal study as well. My confusion is what is the cath placement code for the left common iliac or does he lose this because of the selective renal study? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only use the cath code for renal artery selective catheterization(36245) , iliac artery cath includes in that
