I need to know if the repair of a choledouodenal fistula is included as part of a cholecystectomy... I have seen that they are a very common complication of cholecystitis and I have found that many people suggest the cholecystectomy with exploration of the bike ducts but I don't have that in my report I have documentation of cholecystectomy with cholangiogram (47605) and then the repair any thoughts and if you have resources that would be greatly appreciated
