Had a patient come to the ED after MVA who is 9 weeks pregnant. She has no injuries but wants to be examined. US is done.
I know for a nonpregnant I would code V71.4 and the E code. Do I need to have an pregnancy code?

Ignore, I'm sorry but as I kept reading my I-10 I've come to the conclusion I can't help you in this mater. Sorry.

Though Z34.01 (First pregnancy) and Z34.81 (other) are the closest.
