Need help with codes on these procedures:

PCI to the RPL CTO: Unsuccessful recanalization of the RPL CTO but preservation of the sequential graft from the PDA to RPL that now provides good flow. (? code / modifier)


I have a pt with:

PCI recanalization of the RCA CTO
PCI recanalization of the PDA CTO
PCI recanalizaition of RPL CTO (unsuccessful)
PCI atherectomy to the RCA CTO
PCI to RCA and PDA w/angioplasty and stent of CTO

I believe them to be codes 92943-rc, 92944-rc - 59
