We have a provider that goes to the Nursing Home to do derm visits. What is the correct CPT to use with the initial visit? The provider is trying to bill a 99305, but she didn't do the initial admission into the facility so I cannot justify that code. We are using 99308, however if there is a different code for the initial nursing visit, we'd rather use that. And advice is greatly appreciated!!! THANKS!!!!!!
