I need help in coding this:

FB vs epidermal inc cyst; with dark area likely fb; informed consent obtained to explore and remove
area prepped in sterile fashion; skin unroofed with needle tweezers; small black fb removed
area probed and not other fb found; min bleeding; cleaned again after procedure
bandaide applied;pt instructed to use neosporin with bandaid
call for d/c, warmth, redness; if lump persists then ref for removal
