Wiki Help with colonoscopy!!!!

This colonoscopy was performed because of a stricture from an anastomosis of previous surgery. The endoscope showed a bridge of tissue at the sight of anastomosis, causing obstruction. The doctor placed guide wires and then placed Endo Clips across the band of tissue joining the 2 openings and used a needle knife cautery to cut through the bridge of tissue.

How would you code this? 45383 ?????
