Wiki Help with CPT 99203 and 92060 59

Is this correct coding. Payor is denying as 92060-59 should not be reported at the same time with 99203.
 
Hi there. My coding software is saying it is ok. You should be using a 25 mod on the 99203 though.

Also, make sure you have the documentation to support the e/m and the eye evaluation
