I am billing 26951 and 99202. It will not send out because of "global". There is a M25 on the office visit. Any help with trying to get my claim out?

26951 is a major procedure, so the modifier would need to be 57 instead of 25, if it is supported by documentation. Are you sure that 26951 is the correct CPT code? A procedure like that is not normally carried out in an office.
