Patient is diagnosed with maxillary sinus fracture, medial orbital wall fracture and fracture of inferior orbital wall. X-rays taken, pain meds prescribed but no ortho referal.

Can I code the fracture care for the medial orbital wall fracture and fracture of inferior orbital wall as 21400? Not sure at all about the correct CPT for the fracture care of the maxillary sinus fracture?

Thanks for any help.
