Can I get help with CPT for ultrasound in ED done on MVC patient? Note reads: Emergency medicine ultrasound by physician in the Ed: FAST: Indications blunt trauma, views all 4 standard views obtained, Findings: negative in 4 views.

The CPT will depend on the site they viewed. Since the report states 4 views I assume abdomen? Please clarify the area and i will be happy to help you with a code. :)
