Need help with CPT.

procedure: open left inguinal hernia repair with mesh

diagnosis: nonreducible direct left inguinal hernia.

Thanks for any help.
 
Hernia Repair

When a hernia is incarcerated or strangulated it means its not reducible,and it has to be removed, you also don't have the patient's age. Hope this helps
