Wiki Help with elbow surgery - Hi coders

Hi coders, I need help with some elbow surgeries. The surgeon did a couple this week and I'm lost..If both the olecranon and coronoid processes are treated open..do I use the 24685 twice? In one surgery he had all of this:
op tx elbow fracture-dislocation
radial head replacement
op tx proximal olecranon of ulna
op tx coronoid fx proximal ulna
common extensor tendon repair w local tissue
lateral collateral ligament repair w local tissue
primary repair of anterior capsule

I'm thinking a lot of this is inclusive and I'm looking at billing the radial head replacement 24366, the fracture 24685 (possi 2), collateral ligament 24343 :
I don't know what to do about the capsule repair and the dislocation elbow treatment. any ideas?? If I get an answer on this one, I think I can figure out the other elbow surgery. Any ideas??? thanks, Paula
