Can I please get other opinions of the number of elements in this HPI? Patient presents with arthritis. Patient has a history of arthritis and gout and believes that he is having a flair. however, he is also c/o pain to his right calf. No chest pain or shortness of breath. No trauma. No fevers, chills or joint redness. Also c/o pain to right shoulder and knee.
