I need help with a scenario....

A patient is getting evaluated for closure of enlarged ear lobes caused from large ear rings. Nothing is wrong with the earlobes, he just wants them closed to join the military.
What ICD-9 code would I use?

It's not really an injury anymore or a scar or really a late affect.

I would go with acquired deformity the 380.32 as it includes acquired deformity of pierced ear lobe.
