Where can i find out how to use the book. Example: I looked for Lymphoblastic and it says see condition. Where do i go from here?

What are you trying to find, the entire condition. Lymphoblastic is an adjective if you will, like lymphoblastic leukemia. in that case you would look under leukemia first then type of leukemia as lymphoblastic.
think of it as generic condition first then specific type.. not femur then fracture, fracture as generic type of injury the femur as specific location.
so your listing might look like:
Leukemia, leukemic
lymphoblastic 204.0
