hmm the only thing I can find is 348.89 or 742.9 if it is congenital.

What about 742.3? Since the ventricular aqueduct search leads to cerebral aqueduct, which in turn lead to "sylvius aqueduct" to 742.3 ICD-9 code. I hope it helps.
