Wiki Help with induction of labor coing!!!

Hello, I was hoping for some opinions on how to code this scenerio. A patient was scheduled for an induction due to post dates. She had 3 doses of Cytotec from 10PM until 10AM. No progress as to cervical change or contraction pattern. Patient was frustrated and decided to sign herself out of the hospital and reschedul the induction for a different day. She was not even at the hospital for 24 hours. I'm stumped as to how to start coding this.
 
What about coding the E/M service as it is - probably an admission, and failed induction of labor for your ICD-9 code?
