Wiki Help with inpatient discharge

The patient was terminally ill on the date of discharge/death. Physician spent 1.5 hours in consultation with the family to determine if they wished to discontinue life support. This difficult decision was made and then the patient passed away. Can the physician only bill for the discharge, or is there some way to code for the time spent in counseling the family?
