I usually code for Gen Surgery, but the Dr also did Lap appy, I am unfamiliar with Oophorectomy codes. "Attention was then turned to the left pelvis. The ovary was identified and the vascular pedicale was secured with an endoloop,clips and cautery. The ovary was removed in an ednocatch with the Appendx from the abdomen and the abdomen was irrigated with saline and aspirated dry. Trochars were removed, marcaine injected and skin was closed."
