Hi - I have a provider who says this is an expanded problem focused exam:

Pleasant 73 year old female. She has a splint on. She has normal neurologic function distally. I did not assess range of motion as she is in a splint.

I am seeing it as problem focused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
