If my provider does antepartum care, delivery with postpartum care. What is the correct way she should be billing. She is currently using office visit codes for antepartum visits and delivery code 59410 (example) which includes postpartum. Then she would bill code 59430 (with zero charge) with modifier 52 for the postpartum visit.
For example: She does 7 Antepartum visits (prenatal visits), delivered patient with postpartum visit.
How should she be billing this?
