Wiki Help with medicare lap band patients

We are receiving denials when billing medicare for outpatient fluroscopic lap band adjustments. We have tried 96522, s2083, and 43999 with added notes. can anyone suggest or recommend any other codes we can try to bill for this procedure? Thank you
