Wiki help with mod in ob

we have been getting our claims denied for using mod 25 and 59 but we are billing the 76819 for twins . what else could we use ???

Per my Ob/Gyn Coding companion and the CPT, when using 76819 for twins you report 76819 for first then 76819/59 for each additional fetus. Are you using the twin dx? If not this may be the reason for the denials.
