hello, i work for in a pediatric office billing medicaid and everytime I bill code j1200, I never get paid. medicaid told me that there is a problem with the ndc #. I use 00603082358 which is the one in the bottle. does anyone have any idea whats wrong with this? is the ndc # wrong? Have anyone ever get paid for j1200 from medicaid? thanks
