I am trying to find out how you bill for a Nebulizer, Pulse Ox, Albuterol 3ml and the supplies when your physicians give the treatments in the office. Can you help me out with this and also if you are billing for the medication and the supplies, are you being reimbursed for them?? Any help you can give me will be appreciated!!
 
Look at 94640, 94760, 94664, J7620....of course all depends on what your doc documents, but these codes could be a start for you to look at..?
