we have an ob doc that has a new locum in his office. the ob doc delivered using a c.section and charged the 59510. he wants the locum to charge 59514 for assisting. the 59510 does not allow an assistant surgeon, but the 59514 does. the locum may see the patient post op also. can these two be billed together with docs from the same practice????
