Low MDM 99213, Mod 99214, High 99215. This is what I use for my Hospitalists when a patient is longer that 48 hours in Observation status. Hope is helps.
 
Ok...Thanks that way we can recoup some of the funds for services provided that day. The down side is that patient willl be responsible for their co-pay
