Hello,
I work for a pediatric clinic and one of our doctors recently had two separate conferences at the school for one of his patients in regards to setting up an IEP plan. He met with the principal, school psychologist, and special ed teacher. Is there a way the doctor can get paid? Both times were two hours in length. I have looked at the counseling codes and the medical team conference codes but neither of those would work. Since this was done AT the school, and not on the phone I'm not sure how to capture this type of visit.
