Pt seen in office for 1 yr follow up from back wound (complicated) is taking oral antibiotic for supression of organism. Wound is closed now. Organism was mrsa. Pt has metal so dr has prescribed oral antibiotics for life. How would anyone code this. Please help settle this disagreement

"Organism was mrsa" or is? Wound is healed with no complications? In for status check-up for what codition? Gunshot wound? "Pt has metal?" In to check how patient is doing on antibiotic? You only need the ICD-9, right? :)
