help with pacemaker suture removal and resuturing of pacemaker site

Pt had suture extrusion from previously placed pacer site (6 months ago) so i know this is not in the global period.

Dr. successfully removed a suture from pacemaker site with resuturing of pacemaker site.
Please help....confused
