I need confirmation from someone that I'm coding correct when it comes to discography cases. I have a physician that performs the discography evaluation using percutaneous posterolateral transforaminal technique with Omnipaque .

He also does intradiskal steroid injection using a different medication of Kenalog and lidocaine

Then he does a TESI bilaterally using percutaneous posterolateral transforminal technique with Kenalog and Lidocaine.

I was trained to bill the 62290,62311,64483, but I later found out after studying that the 62290 and the 64483 shouldn't be billed together.

Is it correct for me to bill only the 64483 for the TESI and 62311 for the intradiskal only? Or should I be using something different for the evaluation (62290).
