help with procedure code

Does anyone know if there is a code for repositioning of a displaced ventilation tube?
the code, if there is one, is for facility coding, not physician.

Per the op note:
a small Rosen needle to reposition the visibly displaced T-tube from within the middle ear space thru the exisiting 1-2mm perforation. With the tube satisfactorily maneuvered, the tip of the tube's shaft was grasped with a micro alligator forceps and the tube was brought out thru the perforation allowing a snug fit in the anterior/inferior quadrant.

he dictated his procedure statement as a bilateral tympanostomy tube placement, but I don't think this qualifies
has a placement. He did do a myringtomy w/ tube on the opposite ear.

any help is appreciated.
