Can anyone help me code this?

MHP (Moist Hot Pack) + Target ES (Electrical stimulation) X10min
I have another one that says:
HP/HV (I think it's hot packs, high voltage) to right knee X10min

Manual stretching with PNF X10min
Manual resist exercise X15min
Resistive ex's-knee extension- SAQ (Short Arc Squad) X15min
Therapeutic exercise X30 min
Balance/proprioception X15min


Any help will be greatly appreciated
