Wiki Help with Rubella diagnosis

We have a pleasant 40 year old male that our doc diagnosed with "Congenital Rubella". When I look into the ICD-9 index I came up with 771.0, however when you flip to the second index it indicates that this code is for newborns only. Is there a code for adults with this condition or should I go back and look for which signs/symptoms that doc treated that day?
