diagnosis is a sacral fracture closed treatment with no manipulation. what would you use for the cpt code for this? thanks for any help.

Doesn't sound like the doctor didn't do anything! 
Was it really sacral fx or was it the coccyx? If you can scrub and post the op note it may make it easier.
