My physician is going to another hospital and doing stress test so i know to bill the 93016 and 93018. When can i bill the 78452-26? in the documenation she is saying the cardiolite results will be reported separately?
 
You will bill the 78452 26 when the dr. reads the test. Make sure you obtain and read the cardiolite report. A lot of the times another physician will interpret the test.

Do i bill the 78452 the day the physican reads the report?
also when do i bill the 93018? the day of the test or the date they dictate?
