Need help determining diagnosis and if billable.

diagnosis: preoperative medical evaluation as stated on report

procedure: resting cardiogram shows normal sinus rhythm with heart rate of 86 and resting blood pressure 130/70, He was injected with Lexiscan per protocol followed by radionuclide injection. He had no significant symptoms, heart rhythm changes or significant ST changes. He did demonstrate T-wave inversion standard lead II and VF and in V2-V6 post Lesiscan injection.

Any help is appreciated.
