Pt goes back to the OR after approx 2 months - MD removes a suture knot and necrotic abd skin around the knot.......original surgery was an oopherectomy.

Would I code 11005? It was a done by a different MD in our practice than the original MD - do I need a modifier since they are in the same group?

Did the other MD only peform the surgical revision?:) Did the Doc provide any Em services?????
 
Only the revision - yes she saw her a couple of time in the office post op..prior to the revision....
