Wiki Help with the 91/59 coding lab of mutltiple test

We have always gotten paid when it was Trailblazers for mutiple test by using the 59.

A few of the test that I am unable to get paid on are:

1. Shiga Toxin A

2. Occult blood

3. UA with mutiple Organisms and Suspectibility.

We normally get paid for the first one and the third one. Very hard to get paid on the second one.

When I called Novitus today, they informed me that I would have to appeal all of them, and submit lab results.

Any help would be very appreciative. Thanks
