Hi,

I code for a thoracic surgeon who uses 32652 (Thoracoscopy, surgical: w/ total pulmonary decortication, including intapleural pnemonolysis) when he removes adhesions, and is taking the lung away from the chest wall and pleura. Would the 32651 be more appropriate, should I use an unlisted code? :confused:
