Provider summary:

* Trivial VSD

I coded Q21.12.
My auditor says I should have coded Q21.0 for the VSD.

I have always been taught that "TRIVIAL" diagnosis should not be coded.

I cannot find guidelines on this. Can someone help me with guidance?
