Our doctors performed a diagnostic cerebral angiogram and catheterized the right internal carotid artery (36224 RT), the left internal carotid artery (36224 LT), the right vertebral artery (36226 RT), the left vertebral artery (36226 LT) and navigated the superior vena cava (36010) and the right Internal jugular vein (36011 RT 75860), and the left internal jugular vein (36011, 75860). The IVUS navigated to the superior sagittal sinus (36012, 75870). The IVUS was used three times (37252, 37253 and 37253). An angioplasty was done as well (37248 ) in the superior sagittal sinus and the left sigmoid sinus (37249). Please let me know if this coding looks ok. Thank you
