Surgeon performed a right inguinal hernial repair with patch and excision of umbilicus. However, no hernia was found. Pt had a moderate sized lipoma of the spermatic cord and the floor of the inguinal canal was weakened near the level of the internal inguinal ring. Any suggestions for dx code for weakening of inguinal canal???????
