Hi Could some one help me with coding this case
My provider did a anterior cervical discectomy and fusion of C2-3 and C3-4 using allograft interbody device and anterior plate followed by occipital cervical fusion from the cranium to C4 using C1-2 transarticular screws and C3 and 4 bilateral lateral mass screws with rods secured into the skull bilaterally

Was he patient flipped over before the occipital-C4 fusion was done? Because you can bill Anterior and Posterior in the same session if its documented that the patient was flipped from prone to supine. My providers usually started Anterior and them flip for the Posterior work.

Also was the Interbody device a Strut graft type or was it a cage and allograft was used as a putty?
