the answer: ICD-9-CM Code is 274.00 ;
ICD-10-CM Code is M10.022

I don't know where they get M10.022 . When I see the tabular list of ICD-10-CM, the code 274.00 is M10.00 .

Another my question: Do I need to take ICD-10-CM training ? I am studying examination study guide workbook cpc 2010.

You can ignore the information that falls under anything in your coding book referencing ICD-10. This is purely an FYI for all of us coders to see what the new ICD-10 that is coming out in 2013 will look like.

Just concentrate on the codes you find in your index and cross reference them.
