does anybody know what cpt code to use for a coccyx injection?
 
Chart notes states:
today we injected the coccyx. Patient was prepped with betadine. Palpating the end of the sacrum we took a 22 gauge needle, touched on the on the bone, pulled back slightly and injected 5cc of lidocaine and marcaine combination plus 40 mg of kenalog. patient tolerated this well and had good numbness and pain relief immediately after the injection.
