What dx code could I use for a newborn whose maternal mom used marijuana?

According to coding clinic 2nd Q 1992, if the baby was born with a positive drug test, then you would use code 760.75. Hope this helps.

thank you, but baby was fine and no complications but doctor just wrote " maternal marijuana use.
